Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email/phone number].

Exclusions:
Items that have been customized or personalized, undergarments, swimwear, and items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
